Milind Tavshikar, Chief Executive Officer Milind is responsible for leadership, integration, and strategy. He has over 20 years of experience in envisioning and creating technology products and solutions for the world’s most critical business challenges. He possesses a unique combination of deep skills in information technology, broad experience in business management, and champions best practices in global leadership. He is a speaker at industry conferences and has co-authored a paper published by MIT’s center for digital innovation. Milind holds a Bachelor in Computer Engineering, and graduated from Massachusetts Institute of Technology as a MIT Sloan Fellow.

Rob Britton, Senior Adviser
Rob Britton has spent his entire working life, 45 years, in and near the airline industry. He spent 22 years with American Airlines in a variety of leadership roles in marketing, international affairs, corporate communications, and operations. Rob lectures on airline management and strategy annually at more than 25 business schools worldwide. He holds a Ph.D. in geography from the University of Minnesota, and a postdoctoral certificate in business from the University of Pennsylvania.

Mohan Kash, Managing Director (India)
Mohan leads SmartKargo’s team in India, including domestic, solution development, and global delivery/deployment. Previously, Mohan spent eight years in senior roles at a family investment office and in private equity, and more than a decade leading software product management, design, development and delivery teams for various companies, including Microsoft. Mohan holds a MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management, and Bachelor of Engineering from Nagpur University.

Pras Gogwekar, Chief Operating Officer
Pras leads the Solutions & Services team, building the capabilities that make SmartKargo the world’s most advanced air cargo management solution. Pras has over 20 years of experience in technology, people, and business process management, and more than 10 years’ experience in consulting. He has managed large projects in supply chain optimization for large corporations using a combination of best business practices and enterprise software. Pras holds a MBA from MIT Sloan School of Business, Bachelors in Computer Engineering, and is PMP & six-sigma certified.

Olivier Houri, Executive Vice President
Olivier leads the SmartKargo’s growth strategy and is responsible for key global accounts. Prior to joining the team, Olivier has spent over 20 years of his career life serving the Air Transport industry, first by leading the Global Air Transport Consulting Practice at Cap Gemini Ernst & Young and lately for the past 15 years as the President & Global Leader of Unisys Global Travel & Transportation Industry business.

Vladimir Camacho, Vice President, Cargo Solutions
Vladimir leads SmartKargo’s implementation and deployment team. He is the “first to arrive and the last to leave.” He brings over 15 years of airline and air cargo operations experience. He was a manager of Cargo Services (JFK) for American Airlines, and served in the rebuilding of Iraq in 2004. Previously, Vladimir worked for Hertz and consulted with the many large organizations. He holds a Bachelors in Business Administration from St. Francis College and a MBA in Finance from St. John’s University. He is also an Adjunct Professor at Vaughn College of Aeronautics & Technology and other schools.

Orrin Ramstad, Vice President – Regulatory Compliance
Orrin leads SmartKargo’s customs implementation team. He has over 35 years of cargo experience, including 9 in airline IT development and 16 as Customs Compliance Manager for Northwest and Delta airlines. Orrin was affiliated with several associations working to improve airline relations with customs agencies, and served as Vice President of the IATA Customs Advisory Group, Chairman of the Customs Air Manifest User Group, and other organizations and committees.
